Rule-Following and Realism, by Gary Ebbs (Harvard University Press, 1997)

This book is not exclusively about Kripke's Wittgenstein on Rules and Private Language, as it includes much discussion of Quine and Carnap as well. Still, there is plenty here on Kripke, including especially chapters 1, 3, and 10.
