Tell Me Again

So, now you have identified your funder, written your problem statement, and translated it all into programming terms.  You’re still not done.  Now you have to translate it all into management terms.

  1. Write up your management plan, including either a PERT Chart or a GANTT chart which relates the various tasks with their timelines
  2. Write up your budget, specifying both the personnel and equipment costs.  Include your indirects (if allowed).  Remember, there is nothing in the budget which is not described in the narrative.
