Welcome!  Here you will find information about courses that I'm teaching during the current semester as well as courses that I've taught during several recent semesters. This page was most recently updated on 8/23/02.

If you'd like additional information, please talk with me directly. You can e-mail me  at suzanne.bunkers@Mnsu.edu   I'll be glad to give you first-hand information about courses that I teach.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY:

During spring semester 2003, I'm scheduled to teach English 211, "Women's Autobiography," which will be a literature/film course. I am interested in arranging for 1-2 graduate students to complete teaching internships in the course. This will be a team-teaching opportunity; in other words, unlike many internships where the instructor of record turns the class over to the interns and does not take part in most class sessions, I plan to be on hand to team-teach the course with the intern(s). If you are interested in talking over the possibility, just contact me via e-mail at this address: suzanne.bunkers@mnsu.edu

Poem #435
by Emily Dickinson

Much Madness is divinest Sense--
To a discerning Eye--
Much Sense--the starkest Madness--
'Tis the Majority
In this, as All, prevail--
Assent--and you are sane--
Demur--you're straightway dangerous--
And handled with a Chain--

"Called Back"
