General News

Next SAGE Meeting:
The next SAGE meeting will be January 23, 2006 at 5:00 PM in the LGBT Center. Many exciting things are happening over the next four months! This is an important meeting to attend, as we will be discussing and planning many of the following events and other critical SAGE business.

Laramie Project:
SAGE will once again sponsor this informative and moving performance reading of The Laramie Project. But YOUR HELP IS IMPORTANT! Readers (performers) needed NOW, and eventually production volunteers. Please e-mail SAGE ASAP to get involved!

GENDERAMA 2006
SAGE will sponsor a gender performance tentatively set for April 5th, 2006 as part of Eliminate Hate Week. Volunteers and performers needed for this event, please e-mail SAGE ASAP to get involved! More details in future newsletters.

SAGE Website & Survey
Many changes have been put in place. We've added the new SAGE-Forums area (click on FORUMS at the top of page). Registration is FREE and easy. This is the best way to keep in touch over the break and in the year going forward. Learn about what other SAGE members are interested, doing, or just to "chat". This will also become the new place to get EVENTS information. Even fun, interactive surveys.
Speaking of which, Thanks to all those who have already filled out the SAGE VIEWPOINT - We still haven't reached our "headstand goal" for the final question (take the survey to find out what we mean!). This is everyone's organization, so every opinion counts.

Events

NEW: SAGE/TeamMSQ Dinner, Movie & Dancing
Anyone who has not yet seen (or would like to see again) Brokeback Mountain should meet us at 5:00 PM at Happy Chef on 169N. We will be eating at a fun restaurant, watching the movie and going to the Gay 90's (which is 18+). PLEASE E-mail RSVP by SATURDAY Evening. Please indicate if you can drive others.

SAGE Sledding Party - DATE CHANGE

NEW: SAGE Social Sundays - begins Jan 29th @ 8:00 PM
