Pillar 1:
Recognition
 | The pillar of Recognition includes acknowledging
outstanding leaders in the Residential Life community. |
 | We recognize outstanding leaders through "Of the
Month" Awards, Maverick Awards, and End-of-the-Year Awards. |
 | End-of-the-Year Awards are presented at the Spring
Leadership Banquet in addition to recognition of OTM's and Maverick Award
winners. |
Pillar 2:
Service
 | The pillar of Service exemplifies how the Maverick Chapter helps
improve the Mankato community. |
 | Our current service projects include two annual food
drives to benefit Mankato's Echo Food Shelf and the Adopt-a-Highway
program. |
Pillar 3:
Scholarship
 | The pillar of Scholarship is illustrated through our
representation as the top 1% of student leaders in the residence halls.
|
 | As students, we view academics as a high priority
and work to instill that value in others. |
 | We are role models to our peers and continually work
to be active leaders on this campus, in our communities, and throughout
our lives. |
Pillar 4:
Leadership Training
 | The pillar of Leadership Training helps the Maverick
Chapter serve as a leadership resource to floor governments and residents.
|
 | The Maverick Chapter supports the SHOUT (Students
Helping Others Unite Together) Leadership conference. |
