Welcome to our Web site!
The National Residence Hall Honorary at Minnesota State
University, Mankato (MSU) is a student-run organization of residence hall
leaders. Membership in our chapter is limited to 1% of students that are
currently living in our three residence hall complexes.
Our Mission Statement:
The Maverick Chapter of NRHH strives to provide resources and motivation to
residents, promote involvement in the resident halls, and facilitate
leadership development by recognizing students making a difference.
We attend leadership conferences throughout our region (SHOUT, MACURH,
No-Frills, and NACURH). Our chapter is active in the NACURH Organization,
and sends delegates each year to the Regional and National Convention.
Other activities we are a part of each year include the spring leadership
banquet. NRHH works closely with the Residence Hall Association (RHA) at MSU
to show our appreciation for all the hard work that our student leaders put
into making our halls their homes. Another activity hosted by NRHH and RHA
is SHOUT (Students Helping Others Unite Together). This is an annual
leadership conference offered to students living in the residence halls
which offers information along with several programs and ideas for students
to take back to their floors.
