G.P. Baker and P.M.S. Hacker, Scepticism, Rules and Language, (Oxford: Basil Blackwell, 1984).

The first and most severe of the book length critiques of Kripke's book. It's not the most careful critique but it is the most caustic. Baker and Hacker also give their view about how to read Wittgenstein's rule following considerations.
