Credit Requirements for URSI Students

This course was originally designed for students in the Urban & Regional Studies Institute. The Institute requires that all of its students complete 3 semester credits from this course. Depending on one’s program within URSI, the Institute has particular expectations of how students will use this course:

· All URSI students should complete the 5 units of the Research Design section.

· Planning students should complete all the units of the Planning Tools section; Management students should complete all the units of the Management Tools section.

· The remaining units can be drawn from any other sections.

Students from other departments should confer with their departmental advisor in deciding which units to complete.
