So, now you have identified your funder, written your problem statement, and translated it all into programming terms. You’re still not done. Now you have to translate it all into management terms.

Write up your budget, both in a narrative and in a budget table. The narrative must address the issues of sustainability and should describe the elements in the budget table (some reviewers read text, some read tables; few read both). Remember to specify both the personnel and equipment costs and nclude your indirects (unless excluded). Remember, there is nothing in the budget which is not described in the narrative.
