1. Look at the “Cybercity” web site—City Surfing

2. Visit 3 Minnesota city sites on the Web. Note the URL of each.

3. Visit 3 “Top Local Government” web sites.

4. Create a matrix, which lists the cities across the top (Excel is good for this). Down the side, list the elements of each city's website. Note which cities include which elements.

Now, answer these questions:

1. What do the sites have in common? What is unique to the respective cities?
2. Which site do you prefer? Why?
3. Which city do you prefer? Why?
