Previous Announcements

Unfortunately, I need to cancel our MGMT 440 class both on Monday, September 15, and on Wednesday, September 17, because of the death of my Mom. I will be out of town all week for the funeral and related matters.

As a result, we'll implement our "Plan B," which I described at the beginning of the semester. In particular, let's plan to push back Topic #3 to Monday, September 22, and Wednesday, September 24. This means that the plan is to have Quiz #3 on Wednesday, September 24.

We'll discuss in class on Monday, September 22, other adjustments to the schedule shown in the syllabus. I'll be developing a revised syllabus with the revised schedule after we talk about some options in class on Monday, September 22.

We'll also examine the Team Project and I'll form the teams during the week of September 22.

Welcome to MGMT 440 (Human Resource Management)! I hope that you had a great summer.

We will be using Desire2Learn (D2L) this semester for some of the class activities.

Watch for announcements both on the course webpage in D2L and here on the current page (I might have to post announcements here instead of in D2L should there be problems with D2L). You should also monitor your e-mail. When I post new announcements here, any old announcements will be moved to the section of this page that is titled Previous Announcements.
